ARTIST RESIDENCIES & FELLOWSHIPS
Although there's usually no stipend, artist residencies can provide you with the time and space to e.g. log or edit your footage or write grant proposals while stepping outside the demands of your everyday life. They're often in a beautiful setting and provide a communal experience with artists from other disciplines. Fellowships usually are awarded to mid-career artists and are often not fully tied to a specific project.
